Clapham Park Phase 2

Clapham Park Phase 2 is our project for Countryside Properties in Lambeth area of London.

Phase 2 works consists of Sites B01 (97 Units) and C01 (423 Units)

The Whole Clapham Park Ph2 comprises of the construction of 2,482 new homes and a range of community facilities across 17 sites. Including the provision of new access roads, associated infrastructure, external works, landscaping, external drainage, and external services.
