Apex One – Nine Elms

Apex One is a 201 unit Build To Rent development located in Nine Elms, This 26-storey, mixed-use residential development features a prominent brick tower and a low-rise pavilion, which includes shared amenities and retail spaces. The building serves as a landmark for the newly developed Nine Elms Underground Station and is positioned directly above two tunnels housing the Northern line extension to Battersea.
